That’s why each one and item is individually made when you order.

Being a single handed business owner and maker can take time when doing orders.

To manage expectations when you order, please keep in mind that depending on what you have ordered and how big the order is, could depend on how long it takes to get it out. Like many of you or your family member, I too manage with several chronic illnesses and run a household.

So orders could take up to 2-3 weeks since order date (depending on the product(s) ordered.

As a small business we are rapidly growing, so you can imagine a very busy lady.

Response is 5-7 working days.

Due to health issues & moving office there is a delay in orders as I am only 1 person who can only do one job at a time.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked.

If you are an international customer, please be aware that there is likely to be another charge from your country customs as we do not cover this with your order.
